There's a saying people are put into your life for a reason and it couldn't have been truer with Kaitlyn. From the very first conversation on the phone to the day we got the house keys, she has always been a positive, honest, and humble person. Buying our first home was such an emotional journey, but she was so patient and considerate of all our needs and feelings about each property we looked at. Then, to share the most telling testament of our experience with Kaitlyn, was the win: Her extensive knowledge of the market, our resources, and the home's condition helped us beat six other offers, being the last to submit, and it was only the second home on which we put down an offer. As if the experience couldn't get better, Kaitlyn continues to be in touch with any maintenance questions and resources to keep us on track to take care of this beautiful home! We are so grateful for who Kaitlyn is and how she has shared her gifts and resources in this very special purchase and experience for us!
